First of all, I would like to welcome all our attendees to the Izmir Kız Lisesi Modern United Nations Conference. Our entire executive team has worked tirelessly to meet and exceed your expectations as the conference's main management team. I assure all of our delegates that they will receive the best experience possible, thanks to the hard work our organization and executive teams have put in. I am Deniz Selek, a junior student at Izmir Kız Lisesi. Throughout the conferences I have attended, I have learned how to satisfy delegates by doing my best as a member of the organizing team. Often, organizing members feel that their work is easy and unimportant, which can lead to them not putting in the effort that’s truly needed. As the Director General of MUNIKL, I will make sure this does not happen. We are committed to ensuring delegates have the best experience possible and that they can work in an organized and productive environment.
